Plank CAD provides AI-generated woodworking blueprints for informational and planning purposes. You may use the Service for personal and commercial woodworking projects.
AI-generated blueprints are fabrication heuristics based on standard woodworking conventions. They are not certified engineering documents. For any structural, load-bearing, or safety-critical application, you must verify blueprints with a licensed structural engineer before cutting or building.
Plank CAD makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any generated blueprint. Use of blueprints is at your own risk.
Blueprints generated using Plank CAD are yours to use for your woodworking projects. Plank CAD retains no ownership of your generated outputs.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected at checkout) through Stripe. You may cancel at any time from the billing portal (Settings → Billing → Manage Billing), where the exact cancellation options (immediate or at the end of your current billing period) are presented to you before you confirm. We do not currently offer a money-back guarantee on subscription payments.
If a payment fails, your account may lose paid-tier access immediately; your saved projects are never deleted for this reason. Once payment is restored, paid access is restored automatically.
This is separate from the automatic credit refund issued when a free-tier blueprint generation fails our own structural or fabrication verification checks — that is not a monetary refund and does not involve a payment.
Refund requests for a Stripe payment are handled case by case by our support team; contact us using the details below.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plank CAD shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of AI-generated blueprints, including personal injury, property damage, or financial loss resulting from reliance on generated content.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
